While in neighboring jurisdictions we are witnessing regulatory volatility that often penalizes success, Andorra has managed to maintain a clear course. The figures for positive net balance — with a cumulative total of 10,325 companies since 2014 — confirm that entrepreneurs are not only seeking competitive taxation, but also an environment where the rules of the game are predictable and respectful of private initiative. This institutional stability acts as the strongest attraction in the face of external uncertainty.

This resilience of the Andorran model leads us to a fundamental conclusion: the country’s attractiveness is more powerful than any measure that may be implemented in an attempt to curb its momentum.
