agreement reached between the&#13;\nGovernment and the Com\u00fa of Sant Juli\u00e0 de L\u00f2ria for the purchase of the&#13;\nbuilding that formerly housed the Andorran Tobacco Cooperative (CATSA), and&#13;\nthe subsequent transfer by the Com\u00fa of the use of this infrastructure to the&#13;\nGovernment for a period of 30 years.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Andorras_First_Technology_Park_is_Born\"><\/span><h2><strong>Andorra\u2019s First Technology Park is Born<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goal is to establish the country\u2019s very first technology park in this&#13;\nspace\u2014an initiative aimed at incubating and accelerating innovative and&#13;\ndisruptive tech projects. A crucial step toward the much-needed economic&#13;\ndiversification.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"University_and_Knowledge_A_Promising_Combination\"><\/span><h2><strong>University and Knowledge: A Promising Combination<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proximity of the University of Andorra, along with other online private&#13;\nuniversities, makes this location ideal. Thus, a knowledge ecosystem is&#13;\nbeginning to take root in Sant Juli\u00e0 de L\u00f2ria\u2014Andorra\u2019s university parish.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"An_Important_Step_but_Not_Enough\"><\/span><h2><strong>An Important Step, but Not Enough<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once again, good news. But&#8230; is a tech park enough to create a true knowledge&#13;\nhub?
